When you receive a frantic phone call from your mum’n’law saying there’s cement falling off her roof. What do you do next? You immediately ring around to find someone who service the Clayton South Area, who actually knows their business and Job ethics.
I come across Modern Seal Roofing,
spoke with a gentleman called Jim.
I explained to him what was the problem at my in-law’s place. He actually understood & he reassured me the next time he was in that area he would Immediately check and provide us with a roof restoration quote.
To be honest, I did seek another two companies for a quote BUT I’m old school, I like to have a conversation with the person over the phone not to provide my details as an email to request for a quote callout and the actual quote wasn’t sincere, They provide you with a Google satellite image quote.

Thank goodness, we went through with Modern Seal Roofing.
Job description written and stated on the quote they provided and completed. Job commenced Wednesday 17/01/24 and Completed today Tuesday 23rd January.

Jimmy was responsive, went above and beyond to keep my fussy husband happy and was extremely professional. Look no further and book with jimmy.
